favorite delicious recipe! Almond Milk 2 cups Almond, soaked 4 hours and rinsed 5 cups Water, filtered 1 tbsp Lecithin, non-GMO ½ cup Raw Honey 1 ½ tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Cinnamon Pinch Clove Pinch Celtic Sea Salt Blend soaked almonds with water to cover. Blend until creamy consistency, then add remaining water. Blend until very well incorporated. Strain through two fine mesh baggies into a bowl. Return milk to rinsed blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Store in refrigerator for 4-5 days. What to call this endeavor? The name came to me in meditation as
‘ananda ma’. In Sanskrit ‘ananda’ meaning joy,
bliss, ecstasy and ‘ma’ meaning mother, feminine energy, earth.
So we have the Joy of Feminine Energy, Happy Planet ......or Blissful
Mother. Find the meaning that resonates with you and with that the good
thoughts which bring us all a little closer to the ecstasy in living,
and loving. Namaste. |
